Check out our very first God Is Dope Live performer Xiamara Jennings. The Atlanta native is the perfect guest to set off our series dedicated to creating a platform for talented local artists.
Would you interpret your skills as a gift from God or a learned talent?
I’d say my skills are a gift from God personally. I know nothing but to do this.
Where did your love for music spring from?
My family has always been really into music. My dad has always had a studio so since i can remember the music had just been a part of me.
What how would you describe your music and what emotions do you hope to invoke with your music?
Fluid. It helps you channel your emotions and realize love is all around. Healing music fasho. Teaches you to flow through what you're feeling and come out on the other side at peace.
What project(s) are you currently working on?
I have three new singles about to drop a couple weeks after each other. I love making relatable music & I think these next few definitely hit the mark.
