I find it amazing that you all are capable of reaching out to me for a review but when I reached out to you on multiple mediums I received nothing more than the automated response. I went to your store on Edgewood where an associate told me to reach out via social media and you all have yet to even open the message. I received a delivery notification via a third party and never from you directly. All of this disorder and confusion for something that was ordered November 29, 2022 and was not delivered until 7 weeks later. I am highly disappointed in you all as a company seeing as I WAS a frequent customer. I hope you all get it together for future customers but as for me, right now the trust is gone.

I’ve never had a bad experience with god is dope up until now, I’m extremely disappointed with how long it took for an order i got around Black Friday for Christmas gifts to come right before the new year instead. No order or shipping confirmation, no updates on what’s going on, just a random email the day before Christmas asking us for an additional week. I doubt I’ll be purchasing with you all again, and will strongly advise others to do the same.
