Shirt is wonderful, but the service sucks! The "new management" doesn't offer the nearly the same level of superb service and responsiveness as the previous management! This will be my last purchase.
Waited more than 30 days for this delivery. Had a poor customer service experience for the first time. I’ve spent so much money on GID apparel for myself and others but this left me tainted. When I reached out because I didn’t receive my purchase, the Customer service rep just sent me a picture saying it was delivered. (TO THE WRONG ADDRESS). No Hello, no explanation whatsoever. Just really disappointed in GID as a brand after going back and forth with the customer service rep just to get 2 T’s delivered to the address on my order. I don’t know if I’ll be shopping here anymore.
